Healings Massage

Is based on lomi-lomi Hawaiian massage. This form of massage is flowing deep and rhythmic movements with the hands and forearms over the body of the massaged person. The body's energy is put into motion, tensions and  emotional blockages promotes health, including circulatory and lymphatic system, toxins are also removed from the tissues. During this very relaxing massage, essential oils are used.

The massage is performed by a highly skilled masseur with a very good reputation and takes place in a specially designed room of our hostel. For a session you can choose from 1 hour, 1.5 hour or 2 hour massage.

Reiki is the Japanese word for Universal Life Energy. "Rei" means universal and "Ki" (life) energy.
Universal Life Energy or while Reiki is as old as the universe. The entire nature is based on this energy. We are associated, and it flows through us.

Reiki helps to relax and subconscious tensions in the body to the surface to bring. Blockades are lifted so that the life energy to flow again and the body to recover. It is transmitted by hands and go through everything so that when a treatment is left on clothes. The energy will go where needed and works on both physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually level.

A full individual session lasts between 1 and 1.5 hours and takes place in a specially designed room of our hostel.
